Once you log in to YouTube, go to the My Video section, which can be found in the pop down menu under your user name in the top right corner of the site. Click on the name of the movie file that you want placed into ConMan.
On the right side of the site, there is a field that is titled Embed. At the end of this field is a Customize button. (it looks like a sun) Make sure these options are NOT checked, “Include related video,” and “Show border.” “Enable privacy-enhanced mode” is not necessary. Choose the size at which you want your video to be displayed.
When you have your settings where you want them, select the code in the Embed field and copy it. This is what you will paste into the Source section of ConMan.
Log on to your website admin side and navigate to the ConMan page on which you wish to place your video. Click on the Source button that is in the top left section of the control panel for the editor. Click in the ConMan area and paste your link.
HELPFUL TIP: Find the area on the ConMan page where you want you video and type VIDEO HERE. Then when you are looking at the source code, you can look for that text, and you will know where to paste your link.
Your video will NOT show up on the admin side, but you can view it on the client side.
Here is an example of what it will look like.

Adding a text link into a Class Description
The system was not originally designed to be able to add links to the class descriptions, but there is a work around to be able to do so.
Go to any ConMan page and create your link. As long as you don’t hit the update button, this change will not be saved.
Copy that text from the editor and navigate to the class description to which you want to add the link.
Paste the link.
