Once you log in to YouTube, go to the My Video section, which can be found in the pop down menu under your user name in the top right corner of the site. Click on the name of the movie file that you want placed into ConMan.
On the right side of the site, there is a field that is titled Embed. At the end of this field is a Customize button. (it looks like a sun) Make sure these options are NOT checked, “Include related video,” and “Show border.” “Enable privacy-enhanced mode” is not necessary. Choose the size at which you want your video to be displayed.
When you have your settings where you want them, select the code in the Embed field and copy it. This is what you will paste into the Source section of ConMan.
Log on to your website admin side and navigate to the ConMan page on which you wish to place your video. Click on the Source button that is in the top left section of the control panel for the editor. Click in the ConMan area and paste your link.
HELPFUL TIP: Find the area on the ConMan page where you want you video and type VIDEO HERE. Then when you are looking at the source code, you can look for that text, and you will know where to paste your link.
Your video will NOT show up on the admin side, but you can view it on the client side.
Here is an example of what it will look like.

Adding a text link into a Class Description
The system was not originally designed to be able to add links to the class descriptions, but there is a work around to be able to do so.
Go to any ConMan page and create your link. As long as you don’t hit the update button, this change will not be saved.
Copy that text from the editor and navigate to the class description to which you want to add the link.
Paste the link.

ConMan Styles
Medium Body Copy
The Styles Drop-down menu in the re-branded ConMan contains two title styles and two types of body copy. However, you don’t have to select one of those choices; there is another type of body copy that is available for use. The Medium Body copy style is the default style for all copy put into ConMan, or any field in the PeaShooter system. This is also the style that type becomes when you use the format eraser tool and is the same size copy used on static pages of the site. Medium Body Copy is what we recommend you use on all ConMan pages.

CSTwo Tips and Tricks
eTOPS -
For Full Member and Program Member fees, when there aren’t any, users can put anything in those fields (ie, Free or NA).
When a specific date isnt available for a class, or the class lasts all year, check the Continual Sessions check box. Alternatively, put 1/1/09-12/31/09.
Registration date has to be a date, or for the Program Members there is a box, that when checked, makes it say Full Members Only.
Ages - if the first box is left blank, the system automatically makes it say 'Up To'
If the second box is left blank, the system automatically makes it say 'And Up'
If both boxes are left blank, the system automatically makes it say 'All Ages'
3 letters or numbers can be put in the box. (EX. 8th)
Not every field in the Program Schedule has to be filled in.
You cannot have two classes in the same category with the same name. You must either rearrange the naming sequence or add a letter or number to the name.
Classes that don’t have a schedule, type a contact name in the class description and then post the phone number and email contact on the schedule. Fill in other columns with generic info (Continual Sessions, Times Varies, possible days of the week, corporate office location, fee can be TBD or left blank)
Make the emails for the Contacts for the Program Schedule generic.
Ex. BranchNameSports@ymca.org, BranchNameFitness@ymca.org, etc.
An eTOPS contact that is no longer with the YMCA should NOT be deleted from the program schedule contact list because they are part of the history of the class schedule. Instead, edit them and make then the new contact name or suspend them.
ConMan –
In order to change the color of a Style, you have to remember to pick your color BEFORE the Style. To do this, first select your text, choose your color, THEN choose your style. If you decide to not use that color, you have to select your text, use the Remove Format button, and then choose a new color. Also note that styles will not override each other. You must turn off one before you can use another.
General -
The library is available to store PDF forms to send to parents for Child Care registration etc.
Files added to the library to link to from ConMan pages should have first three letters of branch name to differentiate them. Or different folders for each branch can be made in the library.
There is a 1 MB limit on JPEGs and PDFs that are uploaded to ConMan pages and linked to from classes and Child Care.
To help spam proof any emails added to ConMan pages, do NOT type the email address in the ConMan section. Instead have something generic like 'Email Us' and then type //at// instead of @ in the email field in the link box. This ONLY applies to the ConMan section. Everywhere else in the site the system is set up to automatically shield your email address.

The New and Improved ConMan!
The ConMan editor has been upgraded and the user time out has been extended to one hour.
Originally we had recommended that users compose their text in Word, then copy and paste into ConMan. Copying text from Word also copies the embedded Word-specific text formatting. The additional formatting is extremely difficult to translate into usable HTML and has caused significant problems maintaining consistent formatting. To address this, we have made significant changes to the ConMan editor.
New Copy Paste Handling
The Paste and the Paste as Word buttons have been removed. ConMan now automatically pastes text as plain text in most cases. On a PC or MAC, in Firefox, using the mouse or key command of Control+V will open a paste as plain text dialog box for you to paste into. Using the Edit menu > Paste will preserve any styles that had previously been applied in another ConMan page. In Explorer, either way you paste gives you plain text in your editor field.
New Styles
The Format, Font, and Size drop down menus have been removed, as they caused some confusion and often “stacked” formatting rather than changing styles. A variety of colors and sizes have been added to the new Style menu for ease of use and consistency throughout your site. The color options palette is still available for changing most text.
Note: To remove a style from text, select your text and re-select the same style to "turn it off". Also, don’t forget about the Remove Format, or eraser button in the upper right corner of the menu. If you end up with a style that can’t easily be changed, select the text and remove the formatting to get back to standard plain text.
Extended Time
The automatic log out time has been extended from 30 minutes to one hour to give users the ability to compose in ConMan. If that still isn't enough time to get your thoughts in order, Windows comes with a program called NotePad which leaves your text plain, so you can compose in it and then copy and paste into ConMan without any additional Word formatting.
